Thank you for shopping with Vistiq. We are committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience when it comes to shipping, delivery, and returns. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle orders and customer care.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Times: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your Vistiq account to track your order status.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
Certain personal care items (e.g., opened skincare or used tools) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Return Shipping: Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.
